Contract Phones from FNB

<p>I took out a contract phone by FNB. After 3 months the phone LCD was leaking oil. </p> <p>Fnb took it back to look at it and send a replace device. I was contacted and said that the contract can be cancelled or i can take out another contract. That contract was R150pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a contract of R59 pm. Now sudden after 5 months the R150 gets deducted and NO PHONE was given to me. This is **************** from FNB. </p> <p>Can a bank be like this. I am going to put this in DIE SON newspaper and also on FACEBOOK so people can see it and make a remark on this. </p> <p> </p> <p>MARILDA REED from FNB started to harrash me with emails . Is this a ****** thing now ? Not even a white person can speak to me in my language. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today i spoke to Cameron today and he will investigate this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shane Rayno the supervisor lies the whole time . He cancelled the contract and told me i can take a new contract in May. Is this how FNB works. I spoke to him now and he said that WE FIX said that the bleeding on the lcd is caused by customer damage. I ask him where does it state that it was caused by the customer. NOWHERE it state that. I have been to WE FIX and they said its a problem in the phone. WHAT THE HELL MUST A CUSTOMER DO . Must i now stop being a FNB client. I am going to close my account </p> <p> </p> <p>I have a death policy and a policy of R65 pm for the fnb lawyers. I am cancelling this as i dont trust FNB anymore with anything. They will have other reasons not to pay out somehow</p> <p> </p> <p>People please be aware of this . Dont take FNB cellphones !!!!!</p>
