Contract delay and NO response within a week

I app**** for a tablet/phone bundle through FNB connect online. I was called on Monday 7th September 2015 and was \approved"over the phone and congratulated. I was told over the same phone call that delivery would be within 48-72 hours(3 WORKING DAYS) and that the courier company would contact me for delivery details. I had no response after that. I than called FNB Connect on Monday 14th September 2015 to find out what is happening and how long before delivery"
