Contract breach

I took a small personal loan using cellphone banking. Whilst going through the t&c's, part of it stipulated that my first deduction would take place on the 31/07/2019. I later get a notification that my first deduction would be on the 25/07. I contested this via e-mail and stipulated that my pay day is the last day of the month, and I mentioned that when I took the loan, it showed me the 31/07 and NOT the 25/07.

I then got a reply to say that I would need to let the debit order go off and only after the first debit order, I can change the debit order date.

But here's the thing, If I let that happen, the debit order will return and then it will reflect negatively on my credit profile. And all your e-mail consultant does to my reply to her e-mail stating the above is ignore it??

So I am once again reporting that you need to change the debit order date and stick to the 31/07 OR, you need to give me a GUARANTEE that the debit order that you INSIST on taking the 25/07.

PS* It has probably been 4 years or more since posting on hellopeter. But FNB wants to outsource their work and leave critical customer care to *********** outsource agents. The chat service... wow.. I get frustrated always! So please, I want this prioritized.
