Contract

In May i got a call from FNB offering me a contract were i would pay R100 per month, i asked the lady who was selling the contract to me that if i needed to cancel will there be any waiting period or do i need to use the contract for 2 years and she said no i can cancel it anytime. I needed to be sure cause i've had bad past experience with contract phones, i took the offer cause i thought i would be able able to save. After i ported my number to FNB connect i regretted it , the network is so poor to make and receive calls is a massion, can't log on to social networks. I called twice to cancel the contract i'm told i need to wait for 2 months or 60 days before i can cancel the contract or i'll lose my number if i do it immediately but in the meantime i'm having a phone that can't barely work because of the poor network. The agents are every rude can't even talk properly to the customers.
