Continuing to draw fees on a deceased's account and FNB does not respond to repeated letters from the executor

- FNB's deceased estates division does not respond to emails. - They continue to draw monthly fee income on an account where the owner has died, and FNB has frozen the account. - FNB continues to send emails asking for settlement or the credit card outstanding balance, and yet they do not take into consideration the funds that are available in the deceased's current account! (perhaps because that's a nice source of fee income?)

As duly appointed Executor, I have sent official letters on 26 August and 16 November. I've also sent follow up emails referencing those letters on 28 November and 7 December. But FNB has still not taken any action, except for continuing to ask when they will be paid.

This lack of service and disregard of the customer is abysmal, not only does it frustrate the process of winding up an estate it also upsets the grieving family.
