Continued bad service form FNB. It just never gets better.

After months and months of very poor service, and a nightmare to say the least, I finally was able to close all my accounts with FNB, who by the way have to be the worst bank on the planet. The slogan shouldn't be "How can we help you", it should be "How can we ruin your life". Be that as it may, I have finally closed this chapter, but right down to the bitter end, their arrogance and horrible service continued to prove that they aren't worth doing business with. I strongly recommend that any and all people avoid banking with FNB, because you will inevitably get bad service, high fees, endless frustrations.
