Continued Bad Service

Yet again I find myself having to take further action against FNB. Before Covid when I was earning a decent salary, they were very eager to give overdrafts, revolving loans all at a click of a button on their app. No formal application required. At the time when the compony I was working for then closed down I was left having to make all kinds of arrangement to pay this off. Instead of just extending our payment terms like all other bank they gave their customer Covid loans, This was not to help the customer it was to make even more money for the bank, and putting those same customer further into debt. I have never said at any time I would not pay back the moneys spend, but I have on many occasion been asking them to stop all interest or at least reduce it substantially and not to pass on any charges so that I may pay off the initial sum so that I may close all accounts with FNB so that I may noy have any further dealing with them. This has been continuedly ignored so I can only assume from their lack of response they are not interested in reducing this debt but actively increasing it I have openly asked for their directors details and have many time said would be happy to make an appointment with the bank to make a deal to pay off the original moneys owing. This is constantly ignored. I keep getting messages saying they tried calling but it never the bank, it some other company they have employed to call me. My contract is with the Bank if they want their money they need to contact me directly. Until recently they have started using my email, and yet in my email say they are unable to contact me. Where is the customer service they like to brag about. Now today when checking my email I get a email from a solicitor saying my account has yet again been handed over, this after receiving a email from the bank saying they have accept my payments, which I am happy to do. Yet again nothing about the interest or fees they are charging so they have yet again with intention agreed to a payment fully knowing that with the added interest and fees charges this is just going to put me deeper into debt,
