Contact with my Relationship Manager is impossible

I am in the process of moving accounts to FNB and is currently in a critical phase of the process.<br> <br> I lost the contact details of my Relationship Manager although I know at which Branch.<br> <br> Now I can only phone the call centre and they cannot put me through to the branch or provide contact details.<br> <br> All that is left is to drive 53km into town without an appointment and hope to find the person???<br> <br> That is just terrible service.
