Contact Agent Expects your to OWN 2 phones before helpping you

I was told my and FNB agent that I needed to make contact one a 2nd phone to verify my info, and I kept telling him I did not own 2 phones, he kept saying the exact same thing. HOW do you expect every customer to own several phones to just get some info from the Contact Centre
