Consumer never wins with these deals...

Signed up with FNB connect last year, moving across from Vodacom. I've written a previous review regarding my disappointment and frustration on moving to FNB Mobile.

Huge lack of accountability; they are quick to sign you up and change terms and conditions when ever they please. My normal mobile bill comes to R499 each month but this month I was hit with a wopper R990 in addition to the standard R499 being deducted.

I will be moving off FNB and back to my previous cellular provider at the end of this month.
