Consultants dumber than ground.
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>We have a big problem.</p> <p>I unfortunately gave my customer the wrong banking details that links to my brothers business account *** MD van Staden – Bricks4all.</p> <p>The customer paid money in to this account on 12/05/2016.</p> <p>According to the agent at the bank there is a Hard hold on the amount the customer transferred that is R13050.00 that was put on to this account by the email address ***.</p> <p>This customer is freaking out at this stage.</p> <p>I request that this hard hold be taken off and the money released either in to my bank account where it should be or back to the customer who made the transfer.</p> <p>I have spoken to about 10 consultants today who either has no clue what to do or tells me some bull**** story.</p> <p> </p> <p>We need this sorted today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Nadine</p>
