*********** Consultants at Business Credit Card division

My Business Credit Card is expiring May '24. I've been concerned that my colleagues received their new cards already and ccd couriers hasn't made contact to get mine delivered yet. I called the business credit card division on three different occassions over a span of 1 month now, and the final request was that it be send to a branch closest to me. It's been a full month of back and forth with this incompetence from each different consultant and I'm tired of this. Can FNB employ some competent people please. Why does any consultant engage with your employees always have to be a blady song and dance to get basic **** done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
