Consultant unable to address my concerns
I'm not sure if this is a fair rating as it might FNB not providing adequate training or assistance to staff. I received messages from FNB regarding outstanding tasks and I queried it on the secure chat. Unfortunately, the consultant, Carol, was unable to address my concerns. Hopefully I will get a proper response from FNB.
