Consultant didn't give me the correct amount and still insists that I pay more:-(
HI All
I need the new amended documents. I called today to add 2 kids but the guy charged me more when I queried this he asked me to hold up until I decided to put the phone down. I need the amended documents and the call recording because I do not trust you guys after explaining to the guy and giving him the correct premium but still insists on charging me for kids that I have been paying for all these years please this is a matter of urgency. Maybe my Maths is not serving me well but all I know is 10 + 10 gives you 20, not 45 you can listen to the recording and send it to me once done with it... yhuuu ni wrong. You cannot tell me that kids that I have been paying for all these years will be put on a waiting list kanti what kind of company is FNB?
