Consultant could not assist me

Hi<br> This is my second query regard Temporary loan. No one has contacted me regarding my first hello peter query. THis morning i phoned this number *** and i was told they could not help me . Then they transfered me to *** and i spoke to Emily who could not give me a bank account to pay for the temporary loan and she could not make an arrangement as well in order for me to pay. Basically she did not know how to assit me , she informed me about a gentlemen named clifford who will call me regarding my query.<br> I will not be held liable legal for anything cause i have been trying to call FNB to make arragment for the smart device as well as the temporary loan.
