Consultant app**** for a loan for me without my consent or knowledge and gave me incorrect advice on eBucks

I went to collect my bank card from FNB CapeGate on the 10th of August. The consultant, when I asked her for an eBucks card advised me I dont need one. I asked her how I to access my eBucks without the card and she said I use my normal bank card. I cannot access my ebucks now and the Checkers and Dischem stores I have subsequently gone to after doing my own research have no stock. I went back to the branch yesterday and was advised to 'just keep looking and try all the stores in western cape'. Like I have the time, fuel and energy for this!

Secondly, the consultant on the visit on the 10th app**** for a loan of R250k on my behalf without my knowledge or consent. I found out on the 13th when I recieved an sms advising my loan application had been declined. In a panic thinking I had been the victim of Identity *****, I called the ***** dept. They advised me an application was made on the 10th when I went into the store.

No follow up or apology has been issued. I also have eBucks that I can't access. I have also been told not to bother with applying online as it will cost me more and I would be better off driving around to find a checkers or dischem outlet that has stock otherwise I would pay R40 at bank and only get the card in 2 weeks. All due to incorrect advice from one of your consultants.

Very disappointed in FNB.
