CONSULTANS NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE

I visited Davenport FNB branch today(2016/01/27) around 09h30 to ask for a copy of my title deed. I was assisted by Zama who phoned the people who were suppose to authorise for the issuance of the title but they did not answer the phone. She gave me their contact numbers,I phoned the whole day buy no one answered the phone. Who should I talk to when I need assistance at housing division, I need the the copy of the title deed urgently.
