Constantly decreasing credit limit in good standing with no reason.
@FNBSA offers #realhelp but don't even hold op the offers they make to get you to #switchandsave. They offer facilities to get you to switch then go back on their offers with no reason after multiple calls and queries. They have now decreased my credit limit twice even though ive never even used it fully and maintained a positive balance ever since I switched accounts as I only use it transactionally for eBucks accrual. When asked why, they just say it is automatic and see no reason for it to happen as my profile is in good standing however they cant fix it unless I lodge a formal complaint on their platform (which doesnt work btw).

01 Jun 2020, 15:07I wish I could downgrade this rating even more just like FNB reduced my credit limit even further even though my balance has been in the posistive ever since! I even received interest on my credit card balance. This after the response of a formal complaint being registered with a reference number with no other communication whatsoever. Customer care is pathetic. Their complaint process and references number mean nothing.
