CONSTANT UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS - CAN'T FNB PUT IN PLACE INTERNAL CONTROLS TO MITIGATE THIS? IT'S FRUSTATING

Hi FNB, I am not sure if it too much of a hustle to put in place controls which will mitigate the risk of our accounts being debited with unknown and unauthorised debit orders. It really is becoming a nuisance to have to keep reversing and stopping such debit orders. I feel like there is a lot that the banks can do in this regard. Anyways at the moment I have debit order of R299 that went through on the 31st of July that is definitely not authorised by me, I am currently overseas and calling to get assistance will not be worthwhile and will end up costing me more even though this is a debit order unknown to me. Can I please get someone to assist accordingly. I am unable to reverse the debit order online per normal as it doesn't show the dispute & Stop button for this particular debit order. Can someone please assist with this. Please advise what details you require in order to assist me urgently.
