CONSTANT HARRASMENT FROM GLA ATTORNEYS

Good day

I wish to advise that I have a Revolving Loan with FNB. In January 2024, I went under Debt Review and DC Partner negotiated with FNB Revolving Loan Department and they agreed to an amount of R120.19. The original repayment of the Revolving Loan was R220.00,leaving a different of R99.81 which has now accumulated that an I being held liable for the arrears amount.

FNB Revolving Loan Department has since handed me over for the collection of the areas amount. I have on numerous occasions advised the debt collection attorneys, GLA Attorneys that I am under debt review and that they would make a note of it.

Herewith I request that my name be removed for the attorneys database and that FNB Revolving Loan adhere to the agreement made with DC Partner.
