Constacion Makubela FNB Debit Order

I called in today to the Debit Order department and the first person who answered my call said she can't help me because she need to authenticate me and then transfered my call to another department for authentication only to be told that she was supposed to help me.

It was a blessing in disguise as I got to speak to Constacion Makubela who assisted me with distinction, she was calm and was very helpful. Keep up the good work Constacion and God will meet you every expectations. I really appreciate your assistance.
