Consolidation Relief

I have 3 loans with FNB each loan installment is over R1100 per month including the interest being charged on each loan. I am wanting to consolidate or restructure or combine the 3 loans into 1 affordable loan. I keep getting told I cannot afford another loan. I am not wanting an additional loan. Why can they not help me with a restructuring loan. My monthly repayments are too high and I cannot cope.
