Consolidation of loans
For a second time I was refused by FNB to have my loans consolidated into one amount. I have not missed a payment since having my account with them. Why can I not have my loans consolidated into one amount? The amount t of repayment would be less than the amount I am currenlty paying. Why would you not assist your clients not with additional money but in CONSOLIDATING amounts?

09 Jul 2021, 17:36Just had a call from om your customer care where they informed me that she is going to resubmit the application. I am not satisfied with the call or the manner in which my query is being handled. I felt she was being dismissive towards my experience. She was also the first operator to inform me my credit card would not form part of consolidated loan and when requesting why not she could not really give a clear reason other than its not. When asking if the amount could be considered on the loan again just a no.
