Consolidation of accounts

We have been a very loyal customer to fnb for almost 30 yrs.We currently have a home loan with fnb. In the past few months we have landed ourselves in great financial difficulty due to loans taken for renovations on the new property.We have approached first national bank numerous times for assistance to try to consolidate our debts so we pay one amount.<br> We have only received one call from fnb loans consolidation,but was disconnected.and has not been contacted since then.<br> If first national bank cannot keep up to their logo,\how can we help"";if it means switching institutions;which we are prepared to do.<br> """
