Consolidation not honoured
I made a consolidation payment arrangment on my credit card and put the consolidation amount agreed upon into the credit card. The amount has not gone off, my interest has been charged sky high (despite credit in the account) and I now owe more on the consolidation amount rather than less. FNB must fix this please.
