consolidation loan declined

i am an FNB private wealth client who is going through financial challenges at the moment due to covid and as a results 2 of my accounts are in arrears and FNB cannot assist me with a consolidation loan, an overdraft or merely a temporary loan even though i have been banking with them for soo many years and i don't even have an account with them.
