Consolidate process

On the 11 October 2025 I went to quagga mall in Pretoria west and asked about consolidation process. They told me that they can help to consolidate my ABSA credit card and Personal loan. On December I started getting messages that I am owing ABSA credit card and Personal loan, while FNB and ABSA are deducting my money. I went to the branch, following up via calls and messages but no positive respond iam getting. My matter was not resolved.
