Consistently bad service

I have complained about this bank on this platform last week and after receiving a generic message that someone would contact me, I have yet to receive an adequate level of feedback from this bank. I Don't understand what they seem to fail to comprehend. They took money out of my account incorrectly and now I have to prove that my money is exactly that. So much for how can we help you. I See absolutely no Value for money in the high bank fees that I am currently being charged in comparison to other banks.
