CONSISTENT UNKNOWN CHARGES ON FNB ACCOUNT

There has been an unknown charge of R8.00 from my account labeled as "declined foreign transaction".

This have been happening randomly for over 3 months. However, this transaction has been taking place every single since the 28th of March till date.

This is badly affecting my finances as this amount is sometimes charged multiple times in a single day.

I require a refund of all these unknown charges from the time they started.
