Consistent Issues not resolved!!!

I registered for FNB Law on Call and received confirmation as well as had the payments deducted for a few months. This month, I found the need to use the service I am paying for. Instead, a rude consultant explained to my husband that we are not registered for this service, and that FNB doesn't cover our case, a civil issue of illgael tenants, which is actually supposed to be covered as per the documentation I have been sent.<br> <br> A few calls later and we were told we did register but someone messed up somewhere and they will let us know. Since last week, not a word from FNB.<br> <br> In the meantime, I have had to employ a private attorney at a far greater cost, whereas I am ALREADY PAYING FNB FOR CONSISTENT INCOMPETENCE!!
