Consistent exceptional service by Bongani Baloyi

Every time I have to come to an FNB branch, it always has to be the one in Braamfontein because of Bongani Baloyi. Her customer service is something I’ve never experienced in any FNB I’ve ever been to. I really wish that the bank can protect Bongani and reward her just so we can see other customer service professionals at the bank emulate this level of service. Because it’s not ok that I avoid other branches just to be in the one in Braamfontein so that I can be assisted by someone who values providing exceptional customer service, I’ve been with a bank for a while, I’ve experienced some bad service, that’s why I believe that Bongani has got to be protected.
