CONSISTENT DISREGARD OF BANKING RULES

If there is anything FNB is consistent with, it is definitely proving me right as to why I should have moved bank years ago!!! How is it that YOUR OWN INTERNAL debit orders went off SUCCESSFULLY from my account on the 25th of July, yet today, 26th July my personal loan is supposedly in arrears and thus such recorded on ITC? How does that happen, where is the money debited from my account app**** to? The listing on my name??? Why are you such a ****ty bank?! How is it that my credit card payment was deducted and app**** successfully on the same day but not my personal account?

It is one thing after another with this institution, will you ever get it right? I expect this to be resolved within 24hrs and the listing on my name removed with urgency?!
