Consistent bad service

I again resort to the same platform I have been on for more than 3 months now. Trying to resolve a prescribed matter which no no wants to aid with or cant due to a lack of knowledge. Kindly assign my matter to someone who knows what they doing or are not to lazy to actually see this matter thru. For more than three-months now I have been communicating with the same person who clearly lack what is needed to resolve a matter or act professionally. I am wondering does it not worry fnb that time and time again they get bad reviews, from my professional opinion it does not mean anything to the company.
