Considering change in banks!! FNB sucks!

As a long standing client of FNB I am shocked at the lack of assistance I am getting from FNB. I have 3 accounts with FNB and a funeral policy and expect much better service. It almost makes sense to move to a bank that will actually make an attempt to assist their clients not put you back into a queue when they don't know how to assist
