my stepdaughter has money in her account, but her bank card is overdue, she didn't collect it in time. she is a non-south African and cant find her passport, but has a south African driving licence, but they still wont give the new card to her. the biggest problem is the moneys will be depleted monthly a she will lose all the money in bank chargers.
