Conically ***********

Paid of a short term loan 6 years ago with FNB, there was a Cession attached to one of my own life policies. I realized that FNB was still the cessionary even though they should have removed themselves 6 years ago. I no longer bank with FNB (wonder why) and had to call there short term loan department to remove the cession. Not one person knew what Cession on a Life policy was. Finally after 3 days trying to talk to someone that understands banking products, the representative escalates my request. Today, 2 weeks after the last call, I called to follow up. And quess what, nothing as been done to remove the Cession, FNB is still the owner of a policy, that I pay for, even though I don't have any products with FNB.

Thank you
We have been contacted and there were numerous promises made, but in the end we were slung from one department to the next claiming they could not assist. This issue has been ongoing for more than a month.
