Confusion between FNB and their courier Ram: stick to banking!

<p>26/08/16 received call from courier about delivery of FNB device, told to exchange damaged device for new. I explained that I didn't not have old device since since I left it at IFix North gate; who are the ones who ordered the device. The lady caller kept me on hold for 25 min to verify with "manager". She said not a problem, device will be delivered without exchange. 29/08/16 another caller, went through same process. Today courier arrives and demand damage device, I explain. No device delivered. Ram manager call to ask why? I explain. Text message sent threatening to cancelled order. Yesterday debit payment for device went through, I need dvice to pay salaries online.</p>
