Confusing transactions

Fnb has done it again. They charged me item no paid fund. Transactions happening in my account don't make sense at all and after taking out all my mine I'm now on negative balance for the bank's fault. This is not fair to be running to this platform to be heard by the bank because complain direct with them will not resolve anything. This is now depressing.
