Confusing SMS about new debit dates

FNB made a big deal about sending us a sms to saying that "To help manage your finances during the holiday season, your FNB personal loan debit will be processed on December on the 23/12/2024." The latest debit was then taken off on November on the 29/11/2024.

So what was the point of the sms? It was very confusing. We don't care one way or another but it just added another layer of confusion to the already confusing business of navigating FNB's debit policy.
