Confusing FNB online website

An FNB client gave me his bank statement, as part of a deal that we are going through. The statement is stamped with an option to validate it on FNB website itself. It instructs me, the checker, to log on to www.fnb.co.za, then select option "Contact Us + Tools", then select "Statement Verification". I did so, but could not find the button for statement verification.

I then contacted FNB call center. I was transferred 4 times back and forth between operators, having to wait for the long automatic messages to end before a real person rep****, only to be transferred back to the IVR, and then to another person...

Eventually, I hung up in frustration.

If FNB offers services, especially automated ones, FNB should also make them available!

Rather BOAST LESS on your web site and automated call center messages about your excellence, and focus instead on providing an excellent SERVICE.
