Confused departments

I am so disappointed with the service received from FNB, 2 days in a row not getting assistance in regard to ****me that happend in my account. All documents has been sent with no response. No one seems to know who should help me as much as their slogan is HOW CAN WE HELP U? Value not lived correctly.
