Confused

A third party claim was made to FNB car insurance by their client on my behalf. This was for a car accident that occurred on the 29th of May 2025.

Their client admitted to being in the wrong and the insurer handed the matter over to Neil Govendor attorneys who was the attorneys attending to the matter, we were given a consultant by the name of Kudzai who was said to be handling the matter

Fast forward 5 months later the matter has still not been resolved and instead the attorneys are now claiming that the damage was already existing prior to the accident.

Soo amazed to know as to what it was they were "processing" all this time , since i was told that the matter would take a maximum of 60days to be resolved?!!
