Confused by FNB & Checkers Sixty Sixty ( Refund)
On 2 occations, i bought groceries from checkers sixty sixty and 3 items were never delivered because they were out of stock. Went to Checkers Eastrand and I was told to deal with the matter via the sixty sixty app. Did that and I was informed to go to FNB. On 10 February 2023 I went FNB gave Avile the invoices and what was deducted from my account and she said that she couldn't help me and i should call FNB call centre. I want to know that, between FNB and Checkers who is supposed to pay me my money, when items ordered are out of stock???

15 Feb 2023, 21:07I haven't received my refund from FNB and Checkers Sixty Sixty. Instead I received this Complaint Reference ***NF number on 11 February 2023 and was told that someone was going to contact me within 24 hours. Im still waiting for my money. Horrible service, I wouldn't recommend anyone to order groceries and alcohol same time, rather drive to the shop if it is 5 kilometers away from your place. Yyhhooo never ending story. Checkers sixty sixty and FNB Bring my money.

16 Feb 2023, 22:21In the morning of 16 February 2023, i receive a call from Joan Askham who works for FNB and I explained everything to her about my money that must be refunded by FNB. SHe sent me an email without the dispute form, that she promised to send. Responded to her that there was no attachment. She didn't respond to my email. What kind of a service is this????
