Confused

I had a loan with FNB which as far as I know I have settled it and I remember early in January I spoke to Laurelene Vermeulen and she even sent me a mail as a proof that by end of March I will be finished.

Out of the blue when I check on my fnb app there is an outstanding balance of R273 on the loan.

Can someone enlighten me and also go back to the reference No ***NF and tell me where is that amount coming from ?
