Confirmation of my refund that has been paid in my account but 5 days still nothing from FNB bank

I had a issue with direct axis, that FNB has been assist me with. Last week 7 Feb 2024 where she confirmed via email that they have paid my refund in my account. I was so happy that FNB had assisted me the email said 24-48 then it will reflect in my account it has been 5 days and still nothing it is very disappointing that FNB can make a promise to people but not deliver and nothing happens to them. Really this not what I expected from a big company like FNB.
