Confirmation of delivery of my card using alternative number

My name is Rudzani Desmond Mabogo ***, I lost my phone and FNB was suppose to deliver my new card to my work place with CCD courier, I gave them my wife's phone as alternative number *** , CCD Courier tried to call my wife yesterday to confirm delivery, They didn't confirm with her they only left a message. I did tried to send e-mail to CCD this morning and I gave them alt no to call me *** because I am at work this is my colleague number. I even gave them my work address 221 Garsfontein Road, Building no 6 , Summit Place , Menlyn. Now CCD courier are telling me that I must update my alternative number with FNB for delivery of my card. I lost my phone thats the reason why I ask my colleague to use his phone just to confirm delivery of my card. please call me urgently on ***
