My experience with FNB home loans has been nothing but regrettable. I requested FNB home loans to conduct a rate review in order to get some financial relief. From the start of our home loan FNB has actual never been helpful. They claim to be committed to customer service but that is all a marketing ploy. Please avoid dealing with this bank if possible, SERVICE IS PATHETIC. They keep forcing you to take unsecured loans but are not willing to actual assist where it is to the customers benefit.
