CONFIDENCE BACK!! WELL DONE FNB 407 ANTON LEMBEDE STREET

I had a problem with FNB ***** Department. I phoned the ***** department to report unknown online purchases on my card. The agent who assisted me said that I don't need to go to the branch and I will not be reimbursed. They told me that my card has been ordered. They opened a ***** case and I was told by the agent that I will charged for the ***** case. Today I went to FNB 407 Anton Lembede Street branch. I was attended by Lungile Tshezi, who's service was excellent and she was calm. She took time to hear my story. She took time to go into my account and to my surprise she discovered that there was no card ordered on the system. She gave me a new card. She was very helpful and courteous. I then asked for the manager (Mlondi Dlamini), the same guy who welcomed me with the smile at the door. He sat down with me and listened to my query. He assured me that there is no charge for ***** cases. He then contacted ***** department to confirm. He was so helpful. I am relief. Mlondi and Lungile were so helpful. I now go my confidence back.
