Conexis X2 Stays on FNB Logo - won't start

I have a Conexis X2 cellphone that won't switch on, rather it stays on the FNB logo, rebooting/launching/loading stage whenever I try to switch it on. I have seen others post the same complaint, I am very disappointed. I have taken good care of the phone up until now. I am very concerned about the documents and files that I have on the device.
