Conexis 2 & FNB App Support Completely Dysfunctional!

Replacement phone keeps on reverting to what seems to be two previous owners of the replacement phone I received. This has been going on for a long time now and each time I am sure that the problem is resolved it starts all over again. And of course this happens every time I am trying to transact. This is very embarassing. please someone resolve this matter soonest!
